Stirling albion v Dundee

Saturday saw the dark blues head to stirling on scottish cup duty, over 1100 dundee fans made the trip, the dees were along usual lines with mcgregor keeping his place over mckeown.

The dees started the game well and were vastly superior with rab douglas basically a by stander early on.

milne was looking sharp up front but young leighton seemed content to hold up and lay off the ball.

however it was the home side who opened the scoring through darren smith completely against the run of play, and dare i say from a very dodgy awarded free kick that in my opion certainly was not a foul.

the lead however was short lived, five mins actually when yet another bad decision from the ref gave the dees a free kick on the angle of the penalty box, conroy crashed the ball in of the underside of the bar to put the dess level, and the scores remained 1.1 at half time.

stevie milne was rewarded on 61 mins for his man of the match display when he scored dundee's second goal, and what turned out to be the match winning strike, riley played really well in the first half and the rest of the team were solid enough, but without a doubt milne earned the man of the match in my view,it was also nice to see elliot get a run out also.
