Mark who had clubs such as Manchester United chasing him before finally signing for Celtic has been on the edge of the Celtic first team for the last few seasons but has got fed up of waiting and was jumping at the chance to play for Dundee in his home City.
The 20 year old is reportably signing for £50,000 and an agreement that Dundee forget about the rest of the money Celtic are owe for the signing of Robert Douglas.
This is apprently the money which was owed after Douglas played more than 10 games for Scotland.
