Hi Graeme,

Greetings from Sydney Australia,  You may or may not have heard but I'm getting a group of exiled Dees together, to help with things like fundraising, promoting the club and scouting. One of the ideas we're exploring is getting expats to buy kiddies season tickets at 20 pounds a pop. I believe you are setting up a Paypal account to do this.

What I propose is that we direct all those interested to the Dundee Mad website to make the purchase, if possible. With this scheme we want to position it that we're helping disadvantaged kids in the Dundee area, rather than focus on it being a money-making scheme for DFC.

I'd also be grateful if you could get a story on the Dundee Mad website promoting what we're doing and getting expats to get involved. I've submitted two posts already on to the Dundee Mad forum but there's not been much response as yet. A story would be brilliant. The official Dundee website are about to put a story online and there is a forum topic there too. I've also done an interview for The Courier which went in on Friday's paper, so we're building momentum.

Please also spread the word to any exiled Dees you know about and get them to contact me on this e-mail address. Thanks in advance for your assistance and let me know if you need anything.

Cheers Scott

thats basically it in a nutshell lads,i hope that it is a roaring sucess,re paypal when you go in to send money click the personal tab then mark it as a gift, this cuts out paypals fee,i learned that through the flag, i think its great that the ex pats are gelling together s it can only be good for the club in the long run, also great to see them support the kids tickets as thier first offical(i think) fundraiser,im sure  many more dis advantaged and not so lucky kids can and will see the team.
