It may be a new year, but the work behind the scenes at the Society has not relented since the board seen major change last August. The focus may have shifted from learning our roles and planning the AGM to launching our new memberships and introducing annual membership but the pace of progress remains set on FAST!
Our new membership packages, Gold + and Diamond have now been finalised and will be available to join very soon, these packages are priced at £250 and £600 respectively and come with a whole host of benefits, full details will be released soon so watch this space!
As always, I have asked our chairman, Peter Campbell, and our Fans' Rep, Colin Reid, to produce a report on their activities over the last month, You can read Peter's report here and you can view Colins diary entry here. Colin was also in attendance at the Society board meeting on the 27/1/14, the main updates from that meeting can be found here
Looking ahead, February will see the launch of our brand new DFCTV website, complete with Live Streaming, this is an exciting development for our fans out with the UK, as they will now chance to watch all DFC home games! Let’s hope it’s a roaring success! A new Society website will also be launched this month, we hope this new site will enhance our communication and the user friendliness of our site as the current site www.dee4life.com is very dated.
The DSA are hosting ’Dee My Valentine' on Friday the 14th of February. This dinner and cabaret night comes highly recommended and i would urge anyone looking to attend to get in touch!
