"Let's get to work putting Trust back in the Trust" That's Colin Reid's main aim following his appointment as the supporters Society's Fans Representative on the Dundee FC board.
Colin started his Dundee FC love affair in the 70's and describes the last 40 years following the club as a "rollercoaster ride". something I'm sure many people would agree with!
Colin is no stranger to the DFCSS board having served between 2010-2011. In this time Colin's role was to ensure the smooth running and success of the Gold and Platinum memberships. During this period the Gold and Platinum memberships flourished which was a testament to the time and effort Colin put into his role.
In May this year Colin joined both the DFCSS and the DFCSCA committees only to resign both positions two weeks later due to becoming frustrated with the two committees inability to work together for the good of the club.
In his personal life, know to Colin as his "spare time", he is kept busy running his two small businesses, namely CMR Health & Safety and Tiffin Tea Rooms in Newburgh.
Colin is keen to ensure that as Fans Representative he remains open and accessible to fans and as such has offered to meet any group of supporters that so wish as well as providing regular updates to all members.
When asked what his main target for his spell as Fans Representative was, Colin replied "Let's get to work putting Trust back in the Trust" A comment that is echoed throughout the new look Society board.

Following the earlier resignation of Fraser MacDonald from both the Club and Society board the new look Society board have taken the opportunity to appoint Colin Reid to serve as the Supporters Society Fan Rep on the board of Dundee Football Club.
