Fan Zhiyi Settlement

JOINT STATEMENT FROM MR FAN ZHIYI AND DUNDEE FOOTBALL CLUB.


The complaint made by Mr Fan Zhiyi to the SPL has been settled after
discussions at a meeting hosted by the SPL at Hampden Park today Friday May
8th 2003.

Fan In His Dundee Season

Both parties regret that it has taken so long for this issue to be resolved,
but are pleased now to have agreed matters to their mutual satisfaction.

The club wish Mr Fan Zhiyi well for the future and Fan sends his support to
fans of Dundee Football Club and to the players his best wishes for their
efforts in the Scottish Cup Final on May 31st.
