Cowdenbeath v Dundee

A defeat from part time Cowdenbeath was the last thing the travelling supporters from Dundee needed on Saturday, but that is exactly what happened.

The fans were very angry at the result and i certainly think they were justified by showing their anger towards the management team, there was a no holds barred once the ref sounded his whistle for full time.

Chisolm and Dodds took the brunt of the abuse which started in the second half but erupted at full time, the fans have appeared to run out of patience with the duo.We were behind in the 12th minute when Ramsey took advantage of woeful defending and smashed the ball home from the edge of the box.Griffiths then fired in a good free kick which forced a great save  from the Cowdenbeath keeper, but alas no Dundee player followed up for the rebound,oh for a Billy Pirie.

Cowdenbeath then went up the park where Adams fouled and Brian Fairbairn smashed in a 35 yarder that left big Rab helpless in the Dundee goal.

The second half Dundee controlled from start to finish and eventually got a goal back from Griffiths, who also had an effort rebound from the bar.Dundee then threw everything at Cowdenbeath only to find the home keeper in excellent form, indeed he was quite rightly awarded man of the match.

ref Craig Charleston-had a pretty poor game getting tangled up with the ball on a few occasions and certainly missed decent penalty calls for both teams.
