Once again the rumour mill is running at frantic pace,we as supporters are struggling to get the information that we need to know, this is mainly due to the fact that our board of directors have to watch what they say due to legalities.
There is an exclusive in the news of the world with Calum and it does not make good reading at all,the basic's are we are due the tax man in the region of a quarter of a million pounds, the way i read the article was that this bill goes back nineteen months, now if this is true then there has to be some serious questions asked, given that Bob Brannan said quite a few times over that spell that we were "debt free"i now find this ludricous that he was saying this as the first person anyone should pay is te tax man.
The article then goes onto say that Calum is not basically running for the hills, which to me brings some form off hope, now wether Calum knew about this is another story but im sure that Brannan knew about it,so in my opinion if the directors from nineteen months ago knew about this unpaid bill why the hell was it not paid?
In all honesty if i was Calumand what im guessing is true, then i would be extremely angry that the other directors have done a runner and left him to pay the bill.
Now money isnt a problem for Calum as if he paid the bill he would recoup the money in a few months through the interest on his millions of pounds he has,so this in my opinion comes down to him being angry at not recieving an imput financially from Brannan etc to square the bill up.In all honesty if thats the case then i respect the stand he is making and its about doing the right thing,so come on Mr Brannan if this is the case then please do the right thing for the club we all love,
this article was written without predudice, and is my and only my own take on the situation and i will alter it,imeadiatly and offer an appology if i have guessed wrong about the club i love.
